Born out of frustration with outdated methods, GAIA Marine was established with a clear objective: to improve how marine data is collected, processed, interpreted and delivered.
We believe the next step for the industry lies in combining marine expertise with AI, advanced computing, data engineering, robotics and automation. By connecting physical-world data with intelligent digital systems, we can reduce manual workflows, improve consistency and accelerate the path from observation to decision.
Our ambition is to build a more intelligent and connected approach to marine operations, where data, technology and domain expertise work together to deliver better outcomes for our clients.

Stuart Blumfield
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Stuart Blumfield is an operations and project delivery leader with extensive experience building teams, systems and regional capability across subsea, integrity, engineering and asset management sectors. His career has focused on creating disciplined, scalable delivery models that enable technical teams to perform consistently in demanding operating environments.
As Chief Executive Officer, Stuart leads GAIA Marine’s operations, systems integration and commercial delivery, ensuring the business can scale while maintaining safety, quality, efficiency and control.
Keith Wallace
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Keith Wallace is a marine science and technology executive with over two decades of experience across marine, coastal and subsea data acquisition, inspection and environmental monitoring. His career has focused on combining sound marine science with emerging technology to improve how complex field programmes are designed, executed and delivered.
As Chief Technology Officer, Keith leads GAIA Marine’s strategic and technical direction, with a focus on AI, advanced computing, robotics, autonomous systems and their practical application to marine data, survey, monitoring and inspection.
